C+ Consult. Meets with C4IR Vietnam to Explore Collaboration in Industrial Transformation and Innovation
On 12 March 2026, representatives of C+ Consult. met with the Vietnam Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC C4IR) to exchange information on their respective activities and explore potential areas of collaboration to support industrial transformation and investment development in Vietnam.
The discussion provided an opportunity for both sides to introduce their organisational roles and current initiatives, while identifying potential areas where expertise and networks could be leveraged to support Vietnam’s evolving industrial and innovation ecosystem.
1. Exchange on Strategic Priorities and Near-Term Initiatives
During the meeting, C4IR Vietnam shared an overview of its mandate and strategic priorities to support Vietnam’s transition toward a technology-driven, innovation-based economy.
In the near term, the Center is focusing on initiatives that promote industrial transformation in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, particularly through the adoption of advanced technologies in the manufacturing sector.
Among the key areas of focus are programs aimed at supporting the adoption of smart manufacturing, digital transformation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the development of innovation-oriented industrial ecosystems. These initiatives are expected to contribute to improving productivity, strengthening technological capabilities, and enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.

C4IR Vietnam also emphasized its efforts to expand cooperation with international partners and leading economies, facilitating knowledge exchange, technology collaboration, and joint initiatives that support Vietnam’s long-term industrial upgrading.
In the coming period, the Center plans to engage in a range of international cooperation programs, policy dialogues, and study missions, further strengthening connections between Vietnam and global innovation networks.
2. C+ Consult. Introduces Its Experience in Manufacturing FDI Advisory
During the meeting, C+ Consult. presented an overview of the company and our core services, focusing on supporting foreign direct investment (FDI) projects in the manufacturing sector.
As a consulting firm specializing in investment location advisory and industrial development, C+ Consult. has supported numerous international manufacturing investors in exploring and establishing operations in Vietnam. The company’s services include industrial site selection, investment facilitation, and coordination with local authorities and industrial park developers.

Through its activities, C+ Consult. has also participated in various initiatives aimed at promoting Ho Chi Minh City and the surrounding regions as attractive destinations for global manufacturing investment.
At the meeting, the company expressed its interest in exploring opportunities to contribute to HCMC C4IR’s initiatives, particularly in areas related to industrial ecosystem connectivity, enterprise transformation, and international investment cooperation.
3. Exploring Opportunities for Future Collaboration
The discussion also touched on potential forms of collaboration within the broader ecosystem associated with HCMC C4IR.
In particular, both sides discussed the possibility of engaging consulting organizations and industry experts in activities related to enterprise capability assessment and industrial transformation programs, which aim to support SMEs in transformation, digitalization, and the adoption of advanced technologies, and improve their operational capabilities.
C+ Consult expressed its willingness to explore future cooperation opportunities where its experience in manufacturing investment advisory and international business engagement could complement the Center’s initiatives in innovation and industrial development.
